On Saturday, Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate for the All Progressives Congress (APC), criticized Atiku Abubakar, the candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Atiku was branded by Tinubu as a shameless man who publicly disagreed with former President Olusegun Obasanjo.

He addressed during a campaign event for the APC’s presidential and governorship candidates in Warri, Delta State.

According to Tinubu, Atiku quarreled with his former boss about how they allocated funds for projects for their girlfriends.

He added that the PDP’s internal strife makes it impossible to trust it with administration.

“Our rivals have no shame, when they are fighting in public; how can they think of governance?

“When Atiku was there, he was fighting his boss in public. They were telling us how they spent PTF money to buy cars for their girlfriends in public; they don’t have shame.

“They don’t have shame; will you vote for them again?,” he queried.

Under Obasanjo’s presidency, Atiku held the vice presidency.

Atiku and Obasanjo had a tense relationship throughout the whole of the PDP’s eight-year administration.
