Former House Speaker Yakubu Dogara has been referred to as a “political prostitute” by Festus Keyamo, spokesman for the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council.
On Sunday, Keyamo posted the declaration on his verified Twitter account.
Keyamo, the minister of state for labor and employment, was responding to a tweet that Dogara had earlier posted on his account.
APC candidate Bola Tinubu’s endorsement by the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (ret. ), during a campaign in Nasarawa State, was described by Dogara as satirical.
“I know that PMB loves to crack jokes but I didn’t know he would escalate it to the level of satire. Asiwaju’ll give his best to Nigeria, really? Fake certificates, fake parentage, golden triangle escapades, racketeering. No PMB, Nigeria does not deserve his best but we get the satire,” Dogara said in his tweet.
However, Keyamo denounced Dogara as a wanderer and backstabber on his Twitter account.
