Return & Refund Policy

The TitanFlex™ Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every transfer we print. If there is a production defect, printing error, or quality issue on our end, we will reprint your order at no charge or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

What We Cover

Printing defects — color banding, streaks, or quality issues caused by our equipment
Wrong item sent — incorrect size, quantity, or product type
Damaged in transit — transfers damaged during shipping
TitanFlex™ film failure within 60 washes under normal pressing and care conditions

What We Do Not Cover

Customer design errors — spelling mistakes, wrong colors, incorrect sizing in your artwork
File quality issues — low resolution files, missing bleed, incorrect color profiles submitted by the customer
Incorrect pressing by the customer — wrong temperature, time, pressure, or premature peeling
Normal wear and tear beyond 60 wash cycles
Change of mind or order cancellations after production has begun

How to Request a Reprint or Refund

  1. Email support@titantransfers.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your claim within 1 business day and respond with next steps.
  4. Approved claims receive a reprint (shipped within our standard 24–48 hr turnaround) or a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 1 hour of placement, before production begins. Once your order enters production, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel, email support@titantransfers.com immediately with your order number.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost or significantly delayed by the carrier, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a replacement. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
