1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TitanTransfers website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our site.

2. Products and Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. By placing an order, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• All design files you submit are your original work or you have the legal right to print them
• Your designs do not infringe on any third-party trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property rights
• Your designs do not contain illegal, offensive, or hateful content

3. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any design files you submit. By submitting files, you grant TitanTransfers a limited license to reproduce your designs solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not sell, share, or reuse your designs.

The TitanTransfers name, TitanFlex™ trademark, logos, and site content are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. You will be charged the price shown at the time of order placement. Payment is due at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available through Shopify.

5. Production and Turnaround

Our standard turnaround is 24–48 business hours from order confirmation and file approval. Rush processing may be available for an additional fee. Production times do not include shipping transit time. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

6. File Requirements

You are responsible for submitting print-ready files that meet our specifications (300 DPI, transparent PNG). We perform a basic file review before printing, but we are not responsible for errors in your original design, including spelling, sizing, or color representation on screen vs. print.

7. Limitation of Liability

TitanTransfers' total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
